The confirmation email could not be delivered just now. Your withdrawal has still been received and is recorded above — best make a printout or a screenshot of it. We will be in touch.

We look at the case and get back to you. When buying credits you confirmed that we may start immediately and that your right of withdrawal ends once the first credit is used (§ 356 (5) BGB). If you have not used any yet, nothing changes — otherwise we tell you exactly what that means for this purchase.
